Welcome to Foodie Restaurant where you can find many ordinary and extraordinary dishes with acceptable prices. Today we’re here to introduce a new creation called Dancing Lobster. As you can see, our lobsters are fresh from Sihanoukville, and our ingredients are of high quality from the local shops. To prepare the dish, our chef begins with cleaning and extracting the meat from the lobster without damaging the shell. Then she boils the lobster with herbs and our special ingredients. While that’s boiling, she cleans the shell and arranges it on a round plate. The dish is done when she places the cooked meat into the shell again and adds herbs, a boiled egg, five small carrots, and an onion around it for decoration. Oh boy, I don’t know about you, but I am more than ready to eat this delicious and interesting dish!
